Terms & Conditions.

Pricing, Deposits & Balance Payments

All our services are subject to a 30% deposit of the total agreed fee. Deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining 70% balance is to be paid in full and cleared 7 days before the event start date. If however we do not receive this within the7 days, and there is no response to attempted communication, we will assume our services are no longer required and your booking will be cancelled. In this case we reserve the right to offer your date to another client.

If your event start date is less than 7 days of your booking, full payment is required.

Hired Equipment

All hired equipment remains the property of Made Fabulous Events, unless otherwise stated. Equipment should be returned in the same condition as hired. A holding deposit is required when hiring our equipment. This will be refunded back once the items have been received and checked.

Cancellations

We understand things happen, therefore we will do our best to accommodate cancellations and work through solutions to help you reschedule to a more convenient date and time.

If we are not able to accommodate you due to other event we will not be able to refund your 30% deposit.

Site Location, Facilities & Conduct

Please ensure that you have obtained permission at your venue to use our services. If your venue charges vendors and suppliers a fee, please note that we will pass on these charges to you as the client.

Please inform us of any circumstances that would make setting up more demanding for example going upstairs, long distances from the unloading area to venue etc. We allocate a set period of time for setting up our equipment at your venue.

Our services are limited to the specific items outlined on your invoice.

We reserve the right to remove hired equipment from the venue if at anytime we feel that the guests or clients conduct will endanger the safety of the guests, clients or the safety of the equipment. In such cases no refund will be given.

Liability & Insurance 

You agree to cover the full cost for any damages or theft of the hired equipment whilst on hire.

We accept no liability for any damages or loss of personal property and or any injury caused by the use of the hired equipment.

Made Fabulous Events cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event. These may include but are not limited to severe weather conditions. In the case we cannot attend or fulfil your hire due to events beyond our control we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. Our liability will be limited to refunding all monies paid including the deposit. 

Additional 

Please be aware that we may use photographs and/or videos from your event which feature our work. This includes but is not limited to advertising and promotional material either in print or on the internet and social media. 

Payment of your deposit is deemed as you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of our services.
